Description

Our vertical automatic hydraulic hose braiding machine is a new set of automatic braiding equipment which is design and improved based on digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The machine is widely used in company which produce high pressure hose .

Main features

Our machine adopts PLC and touch screen system, the pitch change is self controlled, set and stored, and can be expanded as needed.
The wire spool has a large capacity (8KG), reducing the number of wire changes per unit time.

Advanced control and stability of spindle structure design, which is shown in:
(1) The wire spool rotation adopts mechanical on/off clutch mode to ensure the stability of the wire spool rotation frequency.

(2) The wire spool tension is controlled and adjusted by even number compression springs to ensure the stability of tension. The wire releasing assembly can be interchanged with any pairing.

(3) The tension control and spindle body have no relevant interference, and the corresponding pay-off assembly can be replaced at any time to achieve the purpose of changing tension.
